1. What video formats can you convert to DVD?

We currently accept VHS, MiniDV and Hi8 formats. If you live locally (Phoenix metro area) we can also capture directly from your camcorder.

2. What size of photos do you accept?

We can scan as large as 8x10.

3. Can you scan and restore slides or negatives?

We currently only accept photographs, but we may expand to include slides and negatives in the future. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on new services.

4. I live out of state. Can I mail you my photos/videos?

Definitely. Fill out our contact form so we can discuss your project and find the best solution for mailing and meeting your deadline.

5. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks and major credit cards through PayPal.

6. What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit upon project commencement and then the final balance due upon project completion.

7. What's the best way to prepare my photos for scanning?

Remove them from any frames or albums, then sort them in the order you would like them to appear on a slideshow (e.g. chronologically, grouped by event, etc.) and include a brief description, date or caption for each picture.

8. Can I view my scanned pictures online?

Yes, we offer a free online photo gallery for 30 days after your project is complete. You will be able to order prints, photo gifts, download images and share the link with friends and family. After 30 days, you will have the option to continue using the online photo album for a fee. Contact us for pricing.

9. Can you save my scanned photos in multiple sizes (i.e. for web and print)?

Yes, we can save your photos in various sizes, which we will discuss before your project starts.

10. Do I need a computer to view the DVD of my photos or videos?

No, you can view the DVD of your photos and videos on your TV with a standard DVD player. However, you can also use a computer to view and access your photo files to print, email and share with friends and family.

11. Do I need a computer to view the CD-ROM of my photos?

Yes, you will need to use a computer to view the CD-ROM of your photos.

12. Can I add my own music to my photo slideshow? What formats do you accept?

Yes, you can add your own music. We accept music with your original CD, or as a .WAV or .MP3 file.
